Program Managers oversee a caseload of 5-8 people receiving long-term service support. This primarily involves one-on-one service with individuals throughout their daily schedule, but also includes staff development, a variety of administrative work, and team coordination.

Employment Specialists support Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) recipients in a short-term capacity. This can include career exploration, pursuing post-secondary opportunities, developing work skills, job search supports, and various other services designed to help individuals pursue their employment-related goals.

Employment Coordinators take on a leadership role in service delivery for our program. They work collaboratively with the management team to connect individuals to community opportunities, train & mentor Job Coaches, assist in skill development, and provide job seeking guidance.

Job coaches provide support for individuals who are at work in their community-based jobs, seeking employment, or working on personally enriching life skills. Coaches assist individuals in mastering their work & volunteer tasks, developing skills, and pursuing their goals. Shifts are typically daytime weekday hours but are based on the needs of the individuals that we support.
